These terms apply when you use annahobart.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Refund & Returns, Shipping and Privacy policies.

1. About us

Anna Hobart is an online women's fashion store operated by Duora, Rua do Zambeze, 399 R/C, 4250-505 Porto, Portugal. Email: info@annahobart.com. Our products are shipped to Australia from partner warehouses overseas.

2. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer in Australia, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights, or any other rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

3. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, including colours, materials and sizing. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check our size guides before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The total price at checkout, including any shipping and applicable GST, is the full amount you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, such as expiry dates or minimum spend. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, for example by attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its security, or using it for unlawful purposes.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions or natural disasters. We remain responsible for the products we sell and for our own negligence.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not take away the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or your right to bring a claim in Australia.
